Bioflavonoid found in black tea, blue green algae, broccoli, onions, red apples, red wine.

Antioxidant that blocks destructive structural changes in cells. Inhibits the synthesis of enzymes that can cause allergic reactions. Antiviral against HIV, herpes, poio, and RSV.

Allergies, asthma, emphysema, hives, anti histamine but non drowsy,atherosclerosis, cancer (especially estrogen), canker sores, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, celiac disease, eczema, wrinkles, gout, migraines, prostatitis,

Can prolong the time certain drugs stay in the body; both good and bad results.
