Bitter (cool, dry)= stimulant, appitite, digest, nutritional absorption, inflamation, elimination, protects bugs, coffee, dandy, citrus, cocoa, broccoli, cha

Salty (cool dry)= high in minerals, regulates water, softens tissures, lungs, nails, hair, kelp, salt, clover, alfalfa, nettle, spinach

Sour (cool dry)= digestion, tissue tonner, circulation, berries
